1. "Kangaroos & Koalas ~ The Aussie Game of Ups and Downs"
Everyone loves the game of Snakes and Ladders... did you know this game dates back to the ancient Egyptians??! Well Ken Howard has taken the world's most popular board game to a new level with his Garoo and Kolo characters. The happy kangaroo and grumpy koala star in a game that aims to teach children the benefits of positive behaviour. In Kangaroos & Koalas, when they do right they go up and when they do wrong they go down.
Spaces on the playboard tell little stories like: "Caution leads to Safety" OR "Selfishness will leave you Lonely".
Extra playability is added with the inclusion of new "Garoo Helps Kolo" tokens to help prevent the fall to doom.
Based on Solomon's Proverbs, kids around the world love to play "Kangaroos & Koalas ~ The Aussie Game of Ups and Downs".
2. "Where's Kolo? ~ The Aussie Game of Hide and Seek"
Great value is added to the Kangaroos game by the addition of the Where's Kolo game. Players must race around the game board in search for Garoo Kangaroo's best friend Kolo Koala by looking underneath the special Gumnut tokens. Did you know that Kolo is what the aboriginals used to call koalas? It is short for "Kolowine"!
If you find the Kolo token, you win the game OR for extra long games, you collect a piece of a puzzle. The first to complete their puzzle is the WINNER.
Don't forget, along the way Garoo gives some good advice on safety and the environment, like: "Watch, crossing roads"; "Brush Your Beak" and "Wear a Helmet".
